“Wow! I walked by this place one day because the smell was delightful. I’m a home baker myself, so I’m very picky about my cookies. These cookies are perfect and they’re huge! Way better than crumbl. I got a chocolate chip cookie and an oatmeal raisin cookie to try for the first time. Both were so tasty and chewy, just how I like them. They had other fun cookies too. Plus, their customer service was great. All three ladies greeted me when I walked in. They were so nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back soon.“

“We love going to the original location for dinner and this location for lunch. It’s more of a relaxed environment with the options of a sand which or gelato. They also do sell imported meat by the pound and fresh bread when they have extras! I also love that the gelato flavors are always changing so you can always try new ones. I always get the piccante sand which if you like spicy this is the one to try!“

I will say that the customer service is non existent when you go in. No one says hi or smiles at you. When I went in the other night I was the only one there and I went up to the counter and asked for the cookie I wanted and the girl just stared at me. Didn't explain that I had to check out on the iPad or anything. It was a super weird customer service experience but the cookie was good.“

The snacks are delicious and I love that they have water-based ice cream because she’s also lactose intolerant. On a fixed income you have to research everything that you know you will purchase over and over to get best deal AND best service. I like dealing with local businesses wherever possible. I have met several people that work there. All very laid back and friendly and...their ice cream is incredible. "Thrifty" I think is what the brand was...anyway they got automated water dispenser out front etc....I found my ice store.“
“When I told Santana our order she went above and beyond with kind hospitality. When we were done ordering, shortly after, our food was hand delivered by Harly and Santana. So delicious. “My family and I just recently moved to Arizona, when I tell you from the time we walked through the doors of sweety house we felt welcomed! The owner went through the menu with us and was very patient and kind. My kids had ice cream that’s they loved, my husband and I got there churro cheesecake, banana nut bread a cookies and cream frappe and a horchata iced coffee! Everything was beyond what we were expecting, we will be back soon! Everything was soooo good I forgot to get pics of everything before eating and drinking it all lol! Would definitely recommend if your in Arizona stop by at Sweety House you won’t be disappointed?P.S both owners (husband and wife) are amazing people, thanks to both of you for making myself and family feel welcomed and giving us the best sweet tooth craving lol!“
