We sat there for 25 minutes and no server came to even get us started on drinks. But EVERY server is standing around doing nothing. We just walked out. Highly recommend NOT coming to this location. Terrible customer service and hospitality

I love this ihop. The food is good but the service is amazing. I dont have a problem tiping 30% or more when you have someone like Lis waiting on you and taking care of everything we needed. She is the one that helped us the 1st time we tried this place and we make sure we always see her when we go it just makes our lifes a little better or easier while she gets our kids fed and gladly does all the running around and made sure our cups never got empty. Got exactly what we ordered and with our kids request I sometime feel bad for the water like my kids are testing them but she always gets it perfect. Great people definitely recommend going to this location Lis is the best.Parking: Plenty of parking of not in there lot you have a grocery store parking lot right next to it.

Literally waited for like 25mins just for them to get my name down. There is no one hosting everyone else is just in the back yelling at each other. That’s the last time I’ll ever step foot in that location.

Always packed on the weekends. Service is good or bad depending on who’s serving your table. Most of the time the food is good but sometimes they might be a little heavy handed on the salt. But over all it’s a decent IHOP.
Horribly slow and completely unprofessional, easily the worst IHOP I've ever had the misfortune of going to, don't waste your time with this location.

I come in quite regularly now for an egg white Colorado omelet meat well done with hash browns and the cooks make it consistently delicious. I mostly do take out and always get Tonya Erica or Chaz some super servers so I'm very appreciative of the service I get. Keep up the good work IHOP

The servers didn't seem like they wanted to serve my family and I. I even told both servers that it was my daughter's 7th birthday but not one Happy Birthday. I'll keep going to IHOP because my children love it but it won't be at that location. #????
it's been a couple of years since I went to an IHOP and I felt disappointed with the quality of food and how little you get for your money.

Went there for, pick up waited for 30 minutes and then called them and he said O it's right here. I'll bring it out, got home and ofcourse it was cold. Because they forgot about it or was to lazy to bring out. Still tired but shouldn't have.

Pickup order. Let them know we were here. Was told it would be right out. 25 minutes later had to call and tell them we hadn't received our order. Person stated "Oh Yeah" I"ll be right out with it. Meat was so dry couldn't eat. Spinach in salad had pieces of dirt on them. Had not been washed. All ended up in the garbage.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience here. We were seated at a table with food (eggs) on the seat. The restaurant was not that busy, and our server kept forgetting about us. We asked for a sweet tea, and we were given iced coffee with a lime in it. I was in disbelief. Our son's refill took our server about 10 mins to come back with it. The floors were dirty, food and straw wrappers under the tables. Unfortunately, my family and I will be going to another location from now on. My wife tried the new chocolate chip pancakes that they were advertising. There was no chocolate syrup on them, so we asked our server if they could add it. My BBQ Burger had very little BBQ. The couple that was seated next to us about 10 mins after us, received their food before us. And, all the servers seemed to be only worried about being in the back talking. Which, was quite loud. Loud enough for me to hear the cursing that they were saying.
