absolutely amazing. i had the pleasure of being helped by trevor and he was an outstanding employee. he gave me my tacos with no issue and gave me all the condiments i asked for. from what i could see, there was only him and one other person in there. he was like lebron james carrying his team to the finals, absolutely peak performance. 6 cars in the drive through didn’t phase him, he was quick and didn’t get a single order wrong. people like him deserve a pay raise and make me proud to live in this beautiful country. god bless trevorParking: amazing

Another one bites the dust. Thankfully I didn't bite into the wrong order for the third time at this location. Bad enough i have to back up and pull forward every time in the drive through for a two item order. Gave them the last chance of going inside to order. Explained that all i would like special for the order was no sauce on the sandwich. Charged for the order and waited to recieve just the sandwich and nothing else from the order. IT STILL HAD SAUCE ON THE SANDWICH!! HOW?! Communication is a necessity in any buisness and this location just continues to fail. Good luck to you.

We go to this location because it is the closest to our house. Every time we come here, we have problems. They give us the wrong order, they have us wait on the side of rhe building. The thing is we only ever order 2-4 tacos when w go there. The last few times we sat there waiting literally 30 minutes. We live not even 2 min from there and my husband went there last night around 10pm. I called 30 min later to check on him, he was still in the drive through waiting because they messed up our order. Sometimes we sit at the speaker waiting for them to respond to us. They tell us they're sorry and will be with us shortly. Sometimes we just have to drive away after 10 min. We're not going back to this location. They don't seem to care about their jobs at all. I will happily drive to the next closest location and get home faster than waiting here.

Not only do I always have to check my bags because there is ALWAYS something wrong or missing but tonight I ordered 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers. Meaning no condiments and instead received 2 buns and a patty, no bacon & no cheese. Jacks food and service is trash now. No longer a fast food favorite.

I ate the food it was nice, but I realized that the workers are rude, and didn't respect the fact that I asked simply for my chicken to be extra cooked.
