I am a program director at a independent and assisted living community. I order KFC for my residents a few times a year. It is always a large order for 40 plus residents. Shelly (the manager) and her staff always do an amazing job ensuring my order is correct and fresh. It is all individual orders and they never fail to get it correct. They work hard are always polite.

The wheels were off and not a single soul was trying to restore flow. A lot of people complaining and not a single apology. We waited 25 minutes after our online order said it was ready. Total of 55 minutes. No big deal to me, I understand that it was a Friday night in December. Not everyone gets that. Our order was complete but the quality was not good. I hope that things are better at other times of the week.

This place has gone steeply downhill. Two weeks straight they were out of pot pies, cole slaw and only had root beer in the soda machine. Floors are dirty. Last trip in one of the employees called for assistance and the guy who answered him hollered from the back "I'm trying to get high!" and was immediately shushed by someone else in the back room with him. Gave 2 stars for service because the one guy who was working was nice.

You want to be missing items but get still charged, this is your TacoBell.We were just there Sunday. It was slow, no one in the drive-thru, no one inside. THEY STILL managed to mess up the order.Normally I check the bag before I leave butt since it wasn't busy, I didn't. BIG mistake.Do they have standards? Do they check quality? Do they care about accuracy? I can't imagine they do. The orders are always wrong.As a comparison, there is a Taco Bell on 59th Ave and Bell road. I never have an issue with that one. I never have to check the bag before I leave.
