Walking in, there is no one to greet you at the counter. Everyone is encouraged to use the kiosk to order, but if you wait, someone will eventually wait on you; with a bit of surprise, you waited. To go and take out orders seem to have priority then drive through then inside guests. Food has undergone serious shrink-flashion.I suggest looking elsewhere until McDonald's cares about the people they serve. This will be my last trip for a long while.

There’s a phone that was lost that was still sitting there 20 minutes ago when I was there on one of the higher tables to sit at it’s like a bench closest to the drinks. And the management has that phone now it was some young ladies me three of them I believe what somebody else said, has it there or left it there. So I was just gonna call it and have Police come and pick it up but a guy gave it to the another manager on duty and did it because of line supervisor told the worker just to leave it on the table. And when something like that happens , somebody else is just gonna steal it which is not good so the other guy was thinking also turn it in up on the counter and Manager took it Line supervisor or assistant manager. So it’s their ladies and the guy that actually took it was a white guy with kind of shorthaired curly, glasses about 5’6” or 7”.

This is not the first this happens they immediately tell you to wait for your order and close the window, then you wait parked for your order and they still get it wrong. How do they have the notes on the box yet miss completely on the order it is beyond frustrating!

The food is just awful. For over a year now, no matter when we go, the food is cold and chewy like leather. We haven't had anything that tastes like McDonald's fast food in years. The indifference of most employees is disgusting. This store needs to close.
