I love the teriyaki chicken with rice and cabbage. Unfortunately, the "gourmet salad" is anything but. It is a good size portion of shredded lettuce with a very teeny, tiny piece of chicken. Definitely disappointing and definitely not worth the price.
EXCELLENT customer service. I made the mistake of not asking for onions on my Island Fire Chicken, thinking at when I asked for no veggies, that would take care of it. ( 100 percent my mistake ) I didn't realize it was cooked with onions, and they saw me taking them out of the meal by the trash can. They asked if I would like it remade. Stopped here on my way into town from Denver and was craving BBQ after a long drive. Tried the first item on the menu; the BBQ chicken. It was delicious! All dark meat, too, which is what I prefer. There are sauce dispensers inside and I got little cups of both teriyaki and the katsu sauce. Loved the katsu sauce! All in all, highly recommend!
