Stopped here on my way into town from Denver and was craving BBQ after a long drive. Tried the first item on the menu; the BBQ chicken. It was delicious! All dark meat, too, which is what I prefer. There are sauce dispensers inside and I got little cups of both teriyaki and the katsu sauce. Loved the katsu sauce! All in all, highly recommend!

I love the teriyaki chicken with rice and cabbage. Unfortunately, the "gourmet salad" is anything but. It is a good size portion of shredded lettuce with a very teeny, tiny piece of chicken. Definitely disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

rude girl taking orders. Then gave me the wrong food. The manager Sam was very nice when i called him. The girl repeated her negative attitude the second day but didn't know i had the speaker phone on and the manager could here the bad service.

EXCELLENT customer service. I made the mistake of not asking for onions on my Island Fire Chicken, thinking at when I asked for no veggies, that would take care of it. ( 100 percent my mistake ) I didn't realize it was cooked with onions, and they saw me taking them out of the meal by the trash can. They asked if I would like it remade. No one, ever has asked me that at another restaurant. This was my first visit to this location, and definitely not the last. Thank you for caring, it means more than you know.
My delivery order was ready for several minutes and I had been there for quite a while. Was totally ignored the whole time while the person frantically pushed out the drive-through orders. It was a very thin girl at the counter and she was very short with me hardly speaking or making eye contact. Felt almost like unequal treatment. You should never have to feel like that leaving an establishment. Unfortunate.

great customer service, Czarina was professional and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. She actually gave me spam musubi instead of bbq chicken musubi but quickly and appropriately corrected her mistake. The food was delicious as always.
