Ordered a triple treat online for pickup. Arrived at the pickup time, and they said I'd have to wait 5 minutes as they cooked the wrong crust on one of the pizzas. 15 minutes later they said my order was ready. I got home, only to find out that my order wasn't correct, and we didn't get what we had ordered. They really need to get rid of the DoorDash delivery as their only option for delivery. I ordered delivery through the Pizza Hut app, was quoted 25-35 min. Easy peasy. An hour goes by and PH app is still saying pizza is in the oven so I call the place, man I spoke with tells me my order was canceled a while ago. No one calls to let you know that I guess. This store doesn't use their own delivery drivers. Deliveries get sent to DoorDash, where the driver is taking 2-3 other DD deliveries, while also stopping to grab orders on Uber and GrubHub. Your order is the lowest priority. If it doesn't get delivered or you are missing items, you have to go through DD. Terrible service.
