Ordered a triple treat online for pickup. Arrived at the pickup time, and they said I'd have to wait 5 minutes as they cooked the wrong crust on one of the pizzas. 15 minutes later they said my order was ready. I got home, only to find out that my order wasn't correct, and we didn't get what we had ordered. I replied to their online survey and got an email from Kurt the GM; stating g they would credit me for another triple treat as compensation. That was 10 days ago, and I've received no response to my follow up emails.

They really need to get rid of the DoorDash delivery as their only option for delivery. I ordered delivery through the Pizza Hut app, was quoted 25-35 min. Easy peasy. An hour goes by and PH app is still saying pizza is in the oven so I call the place, man I spoke with tells me my order was canceled a while ago. No one calls to let you know that I guess. He tells me DoorDash messes up delivery orders often and says he's making a new order and sending "his" driver out with a fresh order. Told me he would comp the delivery fee for the inconvenience. 30ish minutes go by and I'm getting a call from a DoorDash driver who can't find my house, also he didn't speak English so that made it very difficult to explain directions, which is odd but once meeting up with him I realized I didn't get MY order. I got another customers order. The delivery fee was never taken care of either. But that explains the dashers confusion.

Bought a pizza and cookie, totayy burnt cookie I can't believe they sold it like this I could smell the burnt cookie when I opened Box and it was as hard as a rock

Save your money! Get yourself a frozen pizza because it will be way better than this garbage!

This store doesn't use their own delivery drivers. Deliveries get sent to DoorDash, where the driver is taking 2-3 other DD deliveries, while also stopping to grab orders on Uber and GrubHub. Your order is the lowest priority. If it doesn't get delivered or you are missing items, you have to go through DD. Terrible service.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Pizza Hut's stuffed crust pizza, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The moment I took a bite into the warm, cheesy crust, I was greeted with a burst of flavor that took the pizza to a whole new level. The gooey mozzarella tucked inside the golden crust added a wonderful richness to each slice.

Ordered a large pizza and wings last night. I understand that it's a busy night but when I showed up to get my order they guy at the register said it wasn't ready and he didn't know when it was going to be ready. He told me to come back in an hour to see if it was ready. There was a chance that it wasn't going to be ready. He was rude and almost laughing at me.
If I owned a pizza restaurant in the highly competitive world of pizza I would try to shine on every order. But this place was a huge disappointment. The pizza that I ordered and picked up was like a piece of cardboard. In fact, I was wondering if I should just eat the box instead of the pizza. Nothing says loving like something baked in the oven - doesn't apply when it comes to this place. It was disgusting and that's giving it a compliment. It was so bad I should have returned and demanded my money back. I had the thin crust with just pepperoni and certainly it was very basic but it still should have been good - it wasn't.

Been avoiding ordering from this location based on reviews. Sadly the reviews are correct. Ordered a supreme pizza. There was nothing supreme about it. Barely any sauce and very skimpy on the toppings. The store is close to my house so the pizza should have been hot and it was barely warm. This was my first and last order from this location

Ordered through the app. Got a thin meatlovers with onions and specified to cut into squares. They're obviously not reading the orders and just gave me a premade regular meatlovers because it was already in the box when I got there (I live 1.1 miles away). There were no onions, it was not cut into squares, and the pie cuts weren't all the way through so I had to cut it myself. Given the other previous reviews, this location is in dire need of competent magement.

Worst pizza ever! I could have done better myself. It was a buffalo chicken pizza with hardly any chicken,and no cheese. It was on a cardboard crust which was rock hard. At 15.99 it has to be the biggest rip-off in town.
