Subway in Peoria

“I dealt with Josie. She is in fact one if the nicest young lady's I have had the please to encounter for a long time. She is a diamond! If I come back to this location inside walmart it will only be because of her. Most locations I visit the staff is generally not so nice and cordial. Having employees like Josie is a prime example of what America needs working for them on the front line. Josie, don't go changing. You are AWESOME! If I could give you more stars I would, a perfect '10'. Thank you.“

“I have been coming to this Subway for many years. I have really noticed in the past 6 - 8 months how clean it is, how fresh the food is and how friendly the employees are. To whomever owns this particular Subway - you are doing something right for sure. These days, it is VERY difficult to find a fast food restaurant that actually cares about service - or the quality of the food they are serving. There are many places I don't go to anymore because of this (some have been downright disgusting). This Subway (83rd Ave. & Thunderbird Rd.) goes above and beyond and I recommend you drive the extra mile to this location if you are hungry for Subway.“

“Updated 1/31/22 @4:15pm: came into the store, CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. The topping area was clean! The employees were patient, kind, and fast. Mind you, I ordered 4 footlongs and a kids meal while they were doing a doordash order and 2 ppl behind me. I am really proud that they have done so much better! Thank you, guys. I will be back again!In 2021: We walked in to get 4 foot longs. As soon as I and my daughter came in, there wasn't anyone in their but others started walking in. It seemed like the 2 girls were annoyed while making sandwiches. As they were making the subs they were just throwing the veggies in the sandwiches. There were veggies mixed in with other veggies. It seemed to me like they didn't even want to be there. The customer service was very poor. Sandwiches were wrapped messy. I went to pay with a $50 dollar bill, she took it and then asked the other girl with a sparkly mask (not food grade material) and she looked at me and shook her head no. Mind you there are NO signs saying they don't take 50's. I didn't know what to do. Luckily 2 Latino men behind me in line offered me change for the 50. I should've just walked out but I'm not like that. I will never go back to that one. These new generations don't have any respect, any moral's and don't know how to provide real customer service.“

“Kudos to the young gentleman that took care of us. We came in around 2pm on Thursday 2/17. He was alone and swamped with customers but managed to complete the orders quickly and correctly as well as ring our order out and the wait wasn't long. Thank you to this young man working hard. 5 star for him ...4 star to the store who didn't give him help. That was a lot of work for one person to greet, take the order,make the order,bag it and ring our out and did it over and over again for each customer who were ordering multiple sandwiches.“

“Sarah is a master artisan of sandwich making ? ? ❤️❤️❤️ she has made one of the tastiest sandwiches ever! The bread was crispy and warm, cheese perfectly melted with the ham, and the crisp lettuce mixed with the olives and sauces? Oh my my I was in heaven ? ? 10/10 will be coming back for my breakfast here for sure!!!!“

He represented your brand with ease and excellence!Vegetarian options: I visit SubWay frequently because my daughter is a vegetarian and she has plenty of options from which to select.“

“Our family has been going here for a while now so we have seen employees come and go some good some bad but lately for a bout a few months (2or 3)they have hired a very pretty brown woman(couldnt really read her name tag) there she is just such a delight an easy person to deal with she actually listens to orders and she has absolutely the best customer service in this area hands down we just really enjoy seeing her face late nights when we come get online or to walk through she’s usually up front with a beautiful smile ready to help . Subway won when they got her seriously!“

“Brittany made my sandwich and she made it with love! The way she assembled it impressed me. It’s just a sandwich but she took the time to give me the best presentation possible. She did all this with a great attitude and friendly smile. It was refreshing!!“

“I went in at 9 o’clock tonight and the gentleman that helped me was awesome, the only issue I had was he was left alone to run the store on his third day and was extremely stressed out. No one should be left on there own on there third day. A huge shoutout to the gentleman working he was so amazing and very forgiving for the wait, he deserve a raise or some sort of recognition!“
