The bartender needs to learn to mix drinks, paid for an alcoholic drink and got a "juice"...The food was good, service could've been a little better, but he wasn't too bad. There was kids being super loud and hanging over our booth seat which was annoying

The staff is lackadaisical and seems less than enthusiastic to actually wait on you, like you’re bothering them or something. Food was warm, not hot and the drinks were definitely not up to standards… Eat her only if you have the time to wait on the staff to get around to you

I ordered for pickup.My bread sticks were missing from my 2 pasta orders. My bourbon chicken had only 2 mushroom slices. I tried calling twice to report my concerns, and no answers the phone at around 10:30 p.m. on a slow Monday night. Odd, cause there was probably less than 10 customers in the restaurant when I went in to pick up my food. I'd love to have a call back from a concerned manager.I don't mean to complain, but I would like to get what I paid for, when ordering a $70+ take out order. Thank you.

Terrible! Absolutely Terrible. Take out order. Guy taking the order was slow, no matter how many times I repeated what I was ordering he repeated back to me completely wrong. That should have been my first clue. We ordered the Riblet platter. We stopped going to ANY Applebee's over 20 years ago. They just weren't up to par like in the beginning. But thought we would give it a chance. We got three rivulets the size of my palm. Very small, fatty, no meat. Awful dry coleslaw and a gang of fries. Will NEVER go back.
