I ordered a 10” Fresh Fruit & Cream cake for my Mom’s birthday. The cake was very good. The cake itself is a sponge cake. It was light and bouncy and not dry. The fruit filling was very fresh and there was A LOT of fresh fruit in between the layers of sponge cake. The whipped cream frosting was super light and airy and not too sweet at all.
