“Very laid back, after I made my online order I was able to hang out in. A peaceful no-pressure atmosphere and complete research and orders that I had fallen a few weeks behind on so I was pleasantly surprised and happy about that but the place is a bit expensive“

“Bought a mocha frappuccino from this location the guy that served me was awesome, great attitude! Really put love into his work. Iv came here many other times and received my frap with a flat top lid when I asked for whipped cream and drizzle on the top just confused not great service. But This dude was awesome! I've never had my frap have chocolate powder drizzled on top so good! (Mocha powder) 10/10 for him. Just want him to get credit when it's deserved. (Black male employee, Tattoos) Super ! 👍 after he made my drink as we were walking out he asked if it was good. Great customer service!“

“I come to this location a lot! Daniel and another employee Benecio are wonderful everytime I come in. Daniel is always extremely polite and friendly and is a VERY hard worker. This Dunkin is very clean! Give Daniel a raise he’s a asset to the company!“

“I've been to this location twice both times are ordered coffee second time I order coffee and then a bagel sandwich I didn't really care for the bagel sandwich that much, both times I received help from the employees as far as what kind of coffee because I wasn't sure and phenomenal customer service very helpful and the coffee was amazing I'll definitely be back“

“Looking at the other reviews I’m kinda confused.. I don’t come in here very often but when I do the service is amazing! Came in a couple weeks ago and the young lady behind the counter was so sweet sadly don’t remember her name. “They recently got a remodel, and it looks so much cleaner and neater inside! There’s plenty of seating, and even during the morning rush they had enough staff working efficiently to keep everything moving smoothly. The drive-thru line was moving fast, and the whole place looked spotless. One of the leads helped me—she was super nice and a great salesperson. Thank you for all your help!“

“Dunkin' girly here. Dunkin' has never disappointed me. I wish they would make one closer to me. But this is perfect on the way to church on Sundays. Ordered a medium mocha iced coffee and a toasted croissant for myself. Second time, having this toasted consult didn't know it was even the thing, and it is like a game changer for the mornings Since I'm not a big breakfast person.“

“Spent over 2 hours on my laptop via Dunkin' Guest wi-fi, it was pretty good. All while nursing a coffee, even better 👍 Wish I had access to more power outlets, but options are few to limit passersby.

Other than that, good place to cyber and chill. Ask any server for a drink they recommend, they won't disappoint 😉“

“loloololololol, most people here complain that the wait is too long or their food was messed up. most of these complaints are from people who see the drivethru line wrapping around the shop and are surprised they have to wait ten minutes or more to get their food. most workers here are taking up orders at front and the grill is busy.“

“This DD is my favorite I go there in the mornings at about 605am an my hot matcha tea is always on point with my old fashion donut is always fresh not hard as a rock like the DD on baseline and 51st ave. “Today (Sun 9th June) we were served by a kind and patient lady at the counter. Our group was foreign and had never tried Dunkin’ before. She went through all the donut flavours and drinks, so ensure the group understood what they were ordering. While we were sitting inside, we noticed her manager was impatient with her, so that was the only negative part of our experience.We enjoyed the coffees, pastries and donuts!“

“My wife bought half a dozen donuts around 6:00 PM and the donuts were stale and they needed to be thrown out.

“Upon visiting Dunkin’ Donuts, I encountered cashier Adam, who demonstrated exceptional courtesy by inquiring about our preferences. I opted for a sweet tea, while my companion selected a beverage infused with dragon fruit. As we prepared to depart, I inquired about the possibility of obtaining a refill. Adam graciously agreed, informing me that he would cover the cost of an additional cup. However, he reassured me that it was unnecessary, prompting me to return my two cups, along with my girlfriend’s, and we exited the establishment as contented customers. I extend my sincere gratitude to Adam for his exceptional service, as such an experience is not frequently encountered.“

UPDATE APRIL 2023. Upgrading my original review to four stars. Outstanding service. Very friendly staff. Fast service. However, where's the apple? Bought another apple fritter. Too much fritter, almost no apple.

We were the only customers when we walked up for service. There were two employees on shift who seemed distracted and were talking to each other at the register and we felt ignored for a period of time. Anyway, while it was awkward, eventually we were greeted and served. The place was clean, the coffee was good and the apple fritters were large, fresh and satisfying. My three stars could have been a five if the focus was more customer oriented.“

“This place had good customer service and the food wasn't that bad but not great. I definitely enjoyed the signature latte here but the food could of been a little bit better. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the cheese wasnt melted but more likey just place on there.“

“Dunkin' / Baskin Robbins always delivers when it comes to ice cream, and this location is no exception. They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. The shop is clean, cozy, and in a convenient location, which makes stopping by easy.

Customer service is decent—nothing over the top, but friendly enough to get you what you need without issue. Overall, a solid place to enjoy some great ice cream. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!“

“Literally just passed by through the drive-thru. First time I've ever had Dunkin' Donuts and I asked the helpful employee (shout-out to them, they were super cool!) what I should try. He gave me a few options (esp. The refreshers!) before I ultimately decided on a donut haha! Will be back to try more things!“
