Drive thru takes waaay too long.

Walk-in customers are ignored until the drive thru is completely empty.Then orders are tossed on the counter &drinks that are ready are NOT called out.There's broken glass bottles all over the parking lot, now it's time to buy a tire.There was also construction material in the lobby area. It was all very odd.Just keep driving

I drive up to the drive-thru, and no one is greeting or replying. People start lining up behind me, and after the third time saying hello, finally someone asked for a minute. When I rolled up to the window to pay, this pockmarked Cuban looking dude at the window had this deadpan stare. He walked up; he looked confused and unresponsive. And then, the window closed and he walked away. A cheerful lady apologized and told me my order didn't go through. But then she looked at the monitor and then turned to the guy and told him that the order was right there. I had a strong feeling that that guy was on drugs. Not only that, but the hash browns that I ordered tasted like they didn't clean out the toaster in weeks. They had all these little black crumbs all over the hash browns, I'm assuming from the toaster, and it just tasted terrible.

My husband and I went today to get a breakfast sandwich and bagel with coffee. The employees never look clean hair everywhere, no hair net long hair never pulled back. They don’t wear gloves. We were told to go to the side waited 12 min and no food. My husband had to go in and it was cold. Why is every other Dunkin we go to have clean polite, presentable employees. My sandwich looks like someone sat on it. And no one came out we watched. Wonder what the health inspector would think . I know it is fast food , but I have worked fast food. And the pay stunk. But we follow health department guidelines. I looked presentable and clean. Shame on you for not having standards.

Saturday Jan. 27, I just arrived home from the Dunkin Donuts on Thunderbird/7th street. Every single time I go in there I'm always appreciative of the EXCELLENT customer service! Teresa is the manager and she is always so kind. I love the fact that she makes me feel so welcome and answers whatever questions I may have.Jamar was at the register and he took my order. VERY professional and courteous! He carefully placed my donuts in the bag and separated each donut with wax paper. Some shops will just toss your donuts in the bag like their rocks or something. Jamar handled my donuts with care lol lol.I hope the owner of the store sees this review. Also, the store is spotless...always!

Dunkin donuts had sign on door that said it opened at 5 a.m. we got there at 4:59 a.m. and waited til 6:10 for them to finally open their doors for us. In that hour many people had pulled up, checked store hours posted on the door, some waited awhile but eventually all left. When we were finally allowed in the girl (I assume the manager) was was extremely rude and acted as if she was extremely put out for having to open at all. It was cold and rainy that morning, but we waited cause the grandkids were coming that morning and they love Dunkin Donuts. We won't be buying from this store again.

It's been a long time since I visited a dunkin, I ordered a Frappuccino and it was mostly melted and so over loaded with wip cream that it was pouring out of the top. If it had tasted good I would have let it all go. I will give them another chance at another location.

Tried to give this location multiple chances mistakes on every order this last time around I ordered two French vanilla frozen coffees and this is what they gave me two different colors. Two different consistency is the cups aren’t filled up. The people are rude. Stay away from this location.

I've never been to dunkins before , first time . The lady was very rude . I had just gotten out of the hospital and was not a 100% all there just yet after being in there for a week . The lady rushed me when I had a couple of questions. There was Noone in line . She was very short and was not trying to help me at all .

Went in and stood at the counter and watched staff take care of the dive thu and ignore the counter and mobile orders. I only saw 4 cars in their drive. So we went across to Starbucks.

Not a good experience. went into the restaurant and waited and waited and waited despite there being 3 individuals working. I even walked closer to the inside drive through window in order to get their attention. i was seen but still didn't get any service. Eventually was acknowledged but still not helped. Finally someone served me and I was off with my 6 donuts. if the donuts were for me I would have walked out well before I eventually got served. next time I will go to Bosa up the road.
