I think the servers were having some kind of party or something and were all very distracted from their customers. My drink stayed empty for a period two times and our server only checked on us twice after we ordered our food and a different server came to take our order. Other than that the food and atmosphere were great!
I visited El Encanto Dos for the first time on the recommendation of friends who live nearby. Opting for convenience, we placed a large take-out order which was impressively ready in just about 15 minutes on a busy Saturday night. The restaurant itself is spacious, boasting ample indoor and outdoor seating, a welcoming sight on such a bustling evening.Unfortunately, the quick service was the peak of our experience.
