Overall the food is good the problem I have is getting what you order. I don’t know what happens from taking the order to actually getting your order but the translation gets messed up. They even repeat your order back and somehow it’s still not the right order when u get it.
Ordered delivery. Received our order and they did not add the churros. I called the store and spoke with Chris (said he was the manager). I informed him we did not receive a complete order. He said I can come and pick it up or he could give us a credit for the next time. I let him know that I would not order again if there is currently an issue and the purpose for delivery was to keep from going out. He said only the acting GM could refund any money.
