Gertrude's offers a nice meal in a comfortable ambiance with great service. Conveniently located within the Desert Botanical Garden, it has a lovely outdoor patio. The food is particularly good with a great vegetarian selection. Portion sizes are quite large, so sharing might be a good idea. The cauliflower and shisito appetizer was a hit, while the rice noodles were a bit messy. Overall, a delightful dining experience with well-made cocktails.
