Don't let the Irish name fool you. I grew up in a Mexican family rolling enchiladas every holiday and seeking out taco trucks all across the valley as I grew older. This place is the real deal. Believe the hype. Delicious chile rellenos! I always look for them at Mexican restaurants and these taste like homemade ones I had in El Paso--not oily or overly cheesy. The beans were good, too. The owner and his wife are friendly and adorable. Reasonable prices. Clean establishment. I'll definitely be back. (Pictured: I asked for lettuce instead of rice)

This is going to sound absolutely crazy, but if you want Korean bulgogi at 7am and don't know how to make it yourself, this is the place! I almost didn't order because it makes zero sense, but I let my curiosity take over and I am pleasantly surprised! The bulgogi was pretty darn good! Especially considering this is a Mexican grill. It's so funny but was so yummy. Didn't upset my stomach either! Will definitely order from them again.
