Everything stale and old…. Don’t waste your time.. This location and my order tonight are the reason I will never eat back in the box again. Better than the other Jack locations nearby. This place cares about order accuracy and more importantly food freshness. Staff was pleasant on both my visits and food made to order via drive thru.

We preordered. Upon pickup, our bag was ready for pickup but we could hardly get anybody to get it for us. The family ordered a total of 6 popcorn chickens. Each container was short according to the picture your company puts on the web. See the attached picture. Not acceptable for the kind of money we're paying. The guy at the drive-thru window was rude and had ZERO customer service skills. He shoved the food out the window without saying a word and shut the window. We sat there and then he opened the door and said "Did you need sauces, or nah". We said no and he just shut the wondow again without a word. Such bad service on top of the long wait time.

Today I went to get food and me and brother asked for curly fries then the lady taking the orders told us the total was 36 dollars so we went to the first window and she said out total was 53 dollars and my mom was like huh the other lady told us it was 36 so my mom asked her if she had the right order and the lady was giving an attitude but she read us back the order and it was right so my mom just paid and then when we got our food it was wrong she gave us regular fries instead of curly fries so my mom asked if she could switch them for curly fries and my mom told the lady that we asked for curly fries and then the lady was giving my mom an attitude and was saying you did say you wanted curly fries in a rude way and my mom wasn’t mad but she asked to speak with the manager cause but the lady was the manger and my mom asked whys she was made and she didn’t say anything but slammed the window doors at us and we left but she was so rude for no reason

Would only refer people I hate to this location. Entire staff needs to be fired, including Tiffany the store manager. Waiting at cash register for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged once. Then when they finally needed room for more food to shove into the ready slots did they grab my mobile order and prepare to... Yup you guessed it, get rid of it instead of asking if it was anyone's that has been waiting in line. This location is a stain on the jack in the box brand that should be shut down. Luckily, I enjoy waisting my time and resources as much as they do, so Ill be posting weekly videos of how trash this place is until something is done about it. Especially the parts where they drop cups on the ground and pick em back up to still use for customers ? videos will also be sent to the Division Of Environmental Health as well as the Better Business Bureau. It is clear to see in the reviews left by others that all of the above mentioned is and has been an issue for a long time and nothing is being done about it. Don't worry "jack in the box (owner)" that replies to these bad reviews claiming to want to solve the problem, it is clear you are unwilling or incapable, so we the people will solve the problem ourselves.

This place sucks. The problem solving skills are low to none. I'm in the drive through 20 minutes later I still haven't gotten my food, they have multiple forms of payment, and the manager is 30 to 40 minutes late. They could have walked 7 ft to the in-store cash register to process my debit card the whole time. 20 minutes later I have no food, they're holding cash in hand and for whatever reason they keep opening the door to tell me they have a new solution only to reopen it and back track. Now I'm late to work, I have no food, and the solution was seven feet away the whole time
