We preordered. Upon pickup, our bag was ready for pickup but we could hardly get anybody to get it for us. The family ordered a total of 6 popcorn chickens. Each container was short according to the picture your company puts on the web. See the attached picture. Not acceptable for the kind of money we're paying. By far the worst service I've ever received at a jack in the box. During this review I am still waiting in the lobby after 30 minutes for my food because it keeps getting messed up. It's been brought out to me in parts so the rest gets really cold while I wait for the rest. What a joke! They are rotating my food in the order it is being made. I don't want segments of my meal I want the whole thing to be at a nice warm temperature.

Better than the other Jack locations nearby. This place cares about order accuracy and more importantly food freshness. Staff was pleasant on both my visits and food made to order via drive thru.
