“I usually don’t review more casual restaurants, but I felt it to be worthwhile to note that the staff has always been excellent here in the little over 2 years that this location has been open.The last time I went there on Friday, I had placed a mobile order rather late (like a minute before I pulled up). Once I got to the window, the level of customer service I received baffled me. I was told in the absolute nicest way that the order was just printed up on their side and it would be a little bit before it would be done. Lol. It took like 30 seconds. I was thanked, and sent on my way.Honestly, the guys there were so nice that I felt like I had something in my teeth or something, but I didn’t! Maybe I can't explain how genuine and nice these guys were, but I drove off a little and said to my wife, no, I need to go in and say something, so I got my lazy self out of the car, walked in, and gave the gentleman a tip because I was just so impressed. I haven’t had service at this level in a casual establishment since pre COVID and it was a breath of fresh air. I have been going to this JJ’s since it opened and will continue to do so!(The team was 2 younger men, a taller black man who made this delicious treasure, and a thinner looking white male. Sorry I didn’t get names I just hope they get some kind of recognition)Vegetarian options: The veggie rocks. It's literally just cheese and 'freebies' But pair that with JJ's amazing bread and you have a game changer.“

“I'm here at 12:30 on a Sunday (lunch rush hour) and there is only one employee she's doing everything all by herself - taking orders, cashier, to-go orders and walk-in customers PLUS making all the sandwiches. She has a great attitude and is being so sweet and working so hard. I left 5 stars because of her but I feel this is extremely unfair to make her work alone especially under such busy/stressful circumstances. At very least the franchise owner should be here helping. Great employee but I worried you're going to lose her.“

“Great place MOST of the employees treat us very well and overall our experiences have been good. However, one of my children went there the other day and came back sobbing. An employee by the name of Avery had said some very cruel comments and called my child a d*ke when she thought they were out of earshot. While my child was ordering, this employee was extremely passive aggressive towards them as well. On top of this, the other day, I went through the driveway and that same employee Avery was on her phone and completely off task! Besides this employee, Jimmy John's treats us well and the food is pretty good.“

“I work down the street and I come here often. Let me tell you, the employee, Sage, is a Godsend! She is the MOST sweet and vibrant woman ever. She has always greeted me with a warm welcome in, and she has always has such a positive energy! She is efficient and she is lovely to converse with. She definitely needs a raise!!! Go Sage!“

“Best tuna sandwich i ever had! Weired because it doesn't even have a bread lolSo this is the first time I order a lettus-wrap tuna sandwich. Turns out everything is so fresh (lettus, tomatoes, cucumber, onion) that I devoured it in one sitting. By the time I take a sip of my soda I already finished the sandwich!10/10 would come back and recommend to others.“

“I ordered from this location through DoorDash, for a small business meeting I was having. About an hour before my desired delivery time, I got a call directly from Jimmy John's letting me know that, unfortunately, they did not have a delivery person that day. (It was a Sunday.) While this was frustrating, I know that so many places are understaffed, and I really did appreciate the fact that the store called me directly - and with enough time to figure out another way to get the food. A friend ended up picking it up for me and everything worked out. I did want to leave a positive review because it would have been easy, especially since the order had been placed through DoorDash, for Jimmy John's to just ignore the problem or assume that DoorDash would let me know.“

“We had a large order serving 200.4 / 30 pc party box #4 Turkey3 / 30 pc party box #9 ItalianWith special instructions and requested sides. We ordered in person 5 days prior and confirmed the order the day before. Pick up was on Sunday morning at opening. The staff was great - Brian, Legina and Lacy. Lacy went above and beyond helping me with ideas to make all go smoothly; she was Amazing! We highly recommend this location.“

“I don't know her name but she an older lady with blond hair. She also I think has a jimmy johns tattoo on her wrist lol. She's always super nice and great customer service. Even if she's is the only one in the building preparing sandwiches durring a dinnertime rush she still has a smile on her face. She make when I come off work bone tired a little happy. She also always prepare my sandwichs exactly how I want it and in a timely manner. Only thing I would say is negative is the lack of staff to help this amazing woman.“

“Really nice people great delivery the sandwich was good I was so hungry. I forgot to really add things over the phone that I wanted like brown mustard. I did ask for an extra cup of ice but they forgot it. No big deal delivery was quick the driver was friendly the food was good I would definitely recommend Jimmy John's. To be honest with you I don't even think they charge me a delivery fee, so I made sure to give the driver a nice tip. We have to take care of our delivery drivers because they take care of us. Thanks guys great sandwich, good teamwork.“

“Never been to JJ's before anywhere?? Parking is non-existant at this busy place, so I went through the driveway (Thank you for that feature!!). Service was fast and Sandwich was good; polite servers. Nice cold Coke drink also.Parking: Super small lot and all were full at lunch time“

“Just want to commend Raul for his excellent customer service. He was there all by himself with a huge line. He took his time, was nice to every customer and didn’t get stressed or flustered, took orders and made the sandwiches. Not to mention, he made mine correctly which hasn’t happened at JJ the last couple times I have gone.“
