Ordered a Big Mac with no cheese and no sauce, what did I receive? No Big Mac!!! Although they charged me for it. Fooled me again, not the first time that I got home to discover missing items. Went back the next day and the manager made it right. Employees are rude.
My mom moved to this area so this is our local McDonalds.I came in a Saturday morning and since the driveway line looked super packed, decided to head inside. The dining room was packed with a bunch of people eating. With the addition of the ordering kiosks, the lobby was kind of crowded and not really organized.When I got the food, I wanted to get out of there but when I got home, I noticed that they forgot one whole bag of food.Took off one star because of the unorganized ordering...read full review
