“Yep! It’s better than one could hope for. I ordered the cinnamon vanilla latte and it is incredible! The lemon poppyseed doughnut is also incredible. The citrus bite tamed by a perfect doughnut. From ordered to order in hand and as about about 3.2 google seconds relative to the rest of food service, so fast. The vibe is super chill, totally get why so many people are working on their laptops.“
“Valentine has been on my list for a long time so when we finally made it to Melrose for dinner we pulled no punches on our ordering. If we didn't get everything on the menu we were close. The restaurant itself is cute and delightfully photogenic which helps set the tone for a great meal. On the cocktail front, most were good. The only standout to me was the hatch chili margarita served in a glass boot which was as tasty as it was eye catching. Similarly, most of the food was above average with nothing being bad. The Elote pasta is the standout - it was outstanding. Basically this is a carbonara style pasta with Elote flavors instead of the traditional bacon. The execution on this dish is perfect. Prices are quite high for what you get on most dishes and cocktails and if there was more value, I'd likely have a better rating. That said, I'd return and I definitely would like to come back for pastries from the coffee bar if driving by in the AM.“
“Okay, this might be questionable but this was probably the best coffee cake I've had. I don't even think they make it there but where ever it came from it's delicious and paired perfectly with my vanilla latte. Service was great, and the outdoor swing and climbing vines are so cute and quaint. There's something whimsical about this shop, makes me want to come back for more!“
“Used to be a great place to hang out and meet amazing people from all walks of life. The manager is stand off ish and the culture has become so clique ish. Not open or accepting. There are so many former customers such as myself that have left and will not come back because of it. Also, they ironically preach about creating a "sober" environment but actively sell substances some of which are quite addictive (kratom). Steer clear and find other kava bars that are more welcoming and less judgy.“
“A lot of fun and a great introduction to pottery making. It’s not hard to make something that resembles a cup or bowl and the experience in molding the wet clay is very liberating. Our teacher explained things very clearly and provided hands-on help during our own efforts. I highly recommend the beginners class and will go back to get another teacher’s ideas and help.“
“I just want to work in here all day. The coffee is spot on, love their cold brew. A very oaky afterbirth. It is neatly arranged and the baristas are friendly and just down right cool. I wish I lived closer so I can come here all the time, but for now, I’ll just visit when I’m doing target runs and eating at Harvey’“
“Came in for the first time the other day. It's a great, small shop with courteous staff. The decor inside is simple which I love. The coffee is smooth, but also very flavorful. I also love it when you tell the staff you're drinking inside and you get an actual coffee cup to drink from, not a to-go cup. That's a big plus for me in any coffee shop. It's in a plaza so if you blink while driving by then you could miss it but stop in for a morning cup if you have a chance.“
“Everything is so beautiful! There's many great options :)!! Talking to the Baristas is always nice too! They have a beautiful cake with rose petals on top (Bombay Leches Cake). I tried their Matcha Latte, with Lavender syrup as well... IT WAS THE BEST! The music is peaceful, and it's a very welcoming environment.“
“The vibe was easygoing and relaxed. The food was tasty and didn’t feel like it was trying too hard, which is hard to pull of with newer restaurants. Our server was amazing, made sure we were well taken care of but didn’t hover. The cocktails were balanced and smooth. The chocolate cake was the best I’ve ever had, delectable but not overly sweet. The owner was working the line, which I love. Sweet Phoenix spot!“
“My wife heard about Mis Raices Café through family and facebook. We are always looking to try new places around town. My wife, one of our daughters, and I stopped in this morning. The atmosphere was very positive and relaxed with the baristas and other customers. We each had a different drink choice: Duvalin Iced Latte, Marzipan Iced Latte, and a Carmel Iced Latte. All three looked amazing just from the presentation when the baristas made them. They all tasted just as amazing. Once we left we realized we may have been sitting next to the owner and his daughter. If we realized it when we were there we would have told him how impressed we were and it is one of the few we would beyond highly recommend to everyone. No doubt we have found a new favorite local spot we will definitely be coming back regularly. To the entire team at Mis Raices, you are doing a phenomenal job with everything. Thank you!“
“Just love the signature coffee drinks with homemade pecan milk and housemade syrups. It is family owned and has a super cool vibe. This cafe has a Latino edge to it which sets it apart from the other cafes. The owner is a cool guy and very welcoming.“
“Very great first trip to Peace Cream. The staff is really friendly. The ice cream is delicious. Most people there were trying the crepes which looked and smelled amazing. Very cute decor/ gives you a beachy small town vibe. We will be back whenever we are in the area with the kids!“
“Went in for the first time today and the owner Abdul was soooo nice. I had a gift card for my bday and was told to get the sambusas. I did and I am not at all mad! Yum! Prob one of the best lattes ever! Give them a visit. I’ll be back soon!“
“Came here today in the morning with my lady and we both got the mazapan latte coffee with two Cinnamon coffee Muffin the coffee for me was a little sweet but my lady loved it and the muffins for sure were a 10/10 and the place is really nice would recommend come try if you near by ?“

“Decent coffee house, the homemade system in the lattes are almost too sweet, and there isn't good searing for bigger groups like teams trying to get together offsite. Other then that it was good place to work from, chill music selection, minimum volume, could easily hold phone conversations iside and out.“
“We have been here several times for breakfast and decided to go for dinner. For such a Great place they were not busy at all. The indoor restaurant is still closed for renovations but was still a very nice dinner outside with the overcast sky, the light breeze and the misting system! I fully enjoyed the meal and atmosphere!“
“Drip coffee & chai tea lattes were delicious. We also got the loaded sandwich and the vegan sandwich. Both are served on a crispy, homemade ciabatta bread sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. Extremely friendly service and cool vibe inside. We sat outside because it was a gorgeous morning. The cook came out and gave us a free (still warm!) oatmeal cookie that was outstanding. Will definitely be back when I visit Phoenix again!“
“Stopped in while on layover for a flight. Was not disappointed. Well worth the trip there. Very knowledgeable staff - made excellent suggestions. Drip coffee was dialed in exactly as described - which is super important to me! Food was super tasty. Ube waffles are KILLER. Get em.Thanks for the great coffee and foods!“
“You know how some places have the Pig pan dulces, baked on the day you get there, and they're stiff, overly chewy and need a Sawzall or dunk them in coffee? Not here!I bought a Surprise Bag via the Too Good To Go food rescue app on a Thursday, and tucked into them the next morning. I tell you, the Piggies were so soft & tender, just the right amount of sweetness without having you jittery.. the pan dulce just melted in my mouth without needing the coffee - although it would go great with some!“
“Todays drink special was ‘the salty maple’ and it was very delicious! I also got the basic B burrito and I was so satisfied. Loved the vibes and the friendly atmosphere I will definitely be coming back when I’m on this side of Phoenix!“
“We hosted my baby sprinkle at The Teapot and couldn't have been happier with our choice! This spot is sooo cute and perfect for events! We reached out to the venue, and they were very communicative. They were so helpful the day of, and very reasonably priced! Definitely will consider this venue for my future events!“
“This really nice blonde woman paid for my breakfast here because their reader wasn't taking my card. I went back a couple times to try and pay her back but didn't see her. I don't remember her name. It wasn't cheap either, I feel terrible! This happened a while ago...“
“This place has so many amazing options. My friend opted for the Mango D. Strawberry, and I got the Mango Yakult Mixer (not pictured). We will definitely be coming back here to try as many more flavors as we can. The service was very welcoming and helpful as well! The owner is incredibly kind and great at giving recommendations. Highly recommend supporting this local business!“
“First time here and we really enjoyed our experience. I was impressed with the customer service, I believe the owner was the one who greeted us and helped us decide what to eat. I had the vegetarian with potatoes and it was yum! I had a salad of potato salad and was just got it because I was curious, I have never had a potato salad with corn and black beans....it was unique and yummy. My friend had a breakfast sandwich and said it was really good. These sandwiches are different and delicious The restaurant is very cute with yummy food. Definitely recommend and we definitely return!“
“Best bagels in town! The jalapeño cheddar with bacon and cream cheese breakfast bagel is my favorite. The coffee has not been so great unfortunately. Since the new year it has been either too sweet or watered down most of the time, been coming for almost 2 years and lately it’s been a disappointment.“
“This place knows ice cream. Every flavor I have had is perfection. If you come here make sure to get their house made waffle cones, it's something that just cannot be missed. The inside is decorated like a retro ice cream parlor - you can literally buy a snap bracelet or yo-yo. Seating is limited but who cares when you get to enjoy delicious ice cream!!! For basic people their Madagascar vanilla is one of the best vanillas I have ever had!“
“You found it - the best cup in Phoenix. I stayed here a week and had coffee somewhere different every day. Day 7 and I finally found real coffee prepared by folks who clearly love coffee and respect the craft. We ordered pour over, drip, and, and espresso drinks. My aussie friends thought there was a bit of bitterness in the espresso, but the drip was excellent and the pour over one of the best cups Ive ever had.“
“One of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. The tater tots inside were so crispy. Bacon was great. Eggs were fluffy. Placing an online order was super easy, it was ready for pick up asap on a Sunday morning. Parking can be a little difficult, but then again I was just visiting so I don't know the area.“
“This is hands-down the best Ethiopian food in Phoenix! Flavors are so complex and developed. We're vegetarian, so we usually go for the veggie combos and lentil sambusas. The ambience is friendly and warm, and there's an extra eating area with Mesob basket tables for a more communal and intimate setting. My husband and I enjoy this spot for date night, and my daughter loves eating with her hands. For an extra treat, try the coffee ceremony. We're not Ethiopian, but we just love this spot. Once you taste the food, you won't be sorry.Vegetarian options: Veggie ComboSambussas“
“What a fun discovery! At first, we thought they had sold out of their doughnuts, but staff patiently explained the process and how every doughnut is made-to-order and served warm. That way, everyone’s favorite is always available. I wanted to support a business run by a young entrepreneur and thought the doughnuts to be cute and unique; I was wowed by how incredibly good these doughnuts are. Everyone who tried them loved them and clamored for more. I heard “best doughnuts ever” and “better than ———- doughnuts” from family. These doughnuts are definitely a step above and much more than a cute instagram-worthy fad. We will definitely be back….soon!!“
“I pay a little more for the same coffee I get at other coffee shops with comparable quality of coffee. Your atmosphere could keep me coming back. I won’t be back often though. $8 + is quite a bit to pay for a Quad shot M Mocha ?. I pay around $6 at other coffee shops.Parking: Usually not too difficult but during heavy movie times it can be impossible or a long wait to park.“
“I ordered the Chimichanga dinner. My husband the Yucatan. We were so happy & satisfied w/ our meals. Delicious food! It was the last day of our Spring training vacation. What a shame we have to wait a year to return. We managed to have lots of leftovers. We had the flan for dessert, yum. We wish you were near us. Ty for everything.“
“Tried this place for the first time recently and everything was delicious! I showed up in the late afternoon for a dozen and was surprised how perfect and fresh everything was. I don't get donuts very often but I'll definitely be back.“
“Okay this is our favorite spot in Phoenix and one of our all-time favorites ANYWHERE! The whole concept is super creative and the dogs are amazing. Visiting Phoenix for a month and have already been back to Short Leash multiple times. These are not "hot dogs" in the traditional sense (do NOT think Oscar Mayer), but are culinary masterpieces that you get to help build. Brunch is (almost) as mind-blowing and the doughnuts...the doughnuts...oh my Lord, the doughnuts. Never have tasted anything so good. Each time back we've said "best doughnut ever" and then it gets beat the next time around. Indoors has a cool vibe (love the old school posters and all the dog photos) and the outdoor patio is off-street and wonderful in the spring weather. Don't miss Short Leash Hotdogs if you get the chance.“
“Must visit spot - be prepared to spend a bunch because everything is so yummy and smells/looks amazing. Tough choices ? but all worth every penny. Also I’m so annoyed for them that their neighbors tow but they have easy parking right across the street. Everyone was so nice and the vibe was perfect. Must eat place when you’re visiting Phoenix. Very cool outdoor area too“
“First time here and we felt very welcomed even though we had a bit of a wait. The staff was very friendly, communicative, and consistently checked in on us. For being short staffed, they all seemed to work very well together to get everything done and all the customers taken care of. Efficient. Food was also good and worth the wait. Will definitely be back and will recommend to more people.“
“It was my first time coming to MILK RUN and let me tell you, it was soo good! I tried the Strawberry Milk Tea with Honey Boba and it was delicious. There was soo many variety to choose from! From boba too ice cream! I definitely recommend anyone who’s craving boba!!! #bobaislife #milkrun“
“Cafe mollie is my go to spot! They’ve really brought the Vietnamese roots to this cute little cafe in Arizona. A lot of nostalgia when I drink their matcha and Ca Phe. I’m here a couple times a week. The pandan matcha is supreme. The customer service is superb. It’s cozy, their drinks are good. Their food is great. 12/10.“
“We are from Cali and stumbled upon brunch snob through a social media post and we were not disappointed! This was by far the best brunch we have had ever ! I have no complaints down to the decor ! Bathroom decor is perfect lol we will definitely be back just to eat here ! Service was also perfect !“
“I enjoyed the brunch here, didn’t mind the line and counter order, though it might be a problem for some who are looking for table service. Baked goods looked good, if I were in the neighborhood, I’d stop back just to try muffins and banana bread. Overall, our food was average, coffee good, service friendly.“
“We were a group of 8 people from a retirement community who went here for lunch after our visit to the Japanese Friendship Garden. Jace and his team were so friendly and accommodating; making sure everyone in our group was taken care of. We were even able to place a pre-order so they had our food ready for us when we got there. The whole experience was 10/10. Thank you, Jace and the Valley Coffee Co. Team!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that leads up to the cafe. Spacious and wheelchair accessible bathroom.“
“Came here for a conference and was in need of something that would help me stay caffeinated during the day. I tried many latte's during my stay in Phoenix and I must say, this is the best one! I'm so happy I found this place. In terms of food, there wasn't many options. However, I got the Peanut butter power balls. Very healthy and peanut buttery - no complaints. I will definitely come here again before my flight back home!“
“Cutest cafe with delicious coffee! The seating area outside is so relaxing and they have so many different plants/plant accessories for sale. It's hard to walk out of there without buying anything. I had the Onyx Delight Latte which was super tasty and just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely recommened coming here to relax with a good book!“
“Wrote about this place before with 5 stars, nowreduced to 2 for food and service. They seem tohave gotten too big for their britches. That or there is no interest in food quality control. My last postwas of their BLT, which turned out famously well.Ordered the same thing this date to the tee. Gothome and wanted to toss my cookies just lookingat it. Asked for crisp bacon. Hardly, soft as ababy's butt. They also put on what seemingly wasa half a jar of mayo. Ick. Asked to have the itemwrapped so as not to get moist with the salad inthe same container. Not a chance. Nothing worsethan a wet Ciabatta bun. The dude who took myorder was too busy pushing screen buttons andapparently not listening. Also he presented myfood as if I was half invisible, all the while yakkingit up with an extremely loud guy sipping on acocktail at 10:30 am. Done. Finito. Aloha as in goodbye.“
“Got a variety of donuts this morning! After trying a few, I would say the Roy's chocolate iced donut is the best! They also have a pretty good buttermilk donut! Their cake donuts aren't my favorite. As for the chocolate iced, it was light and airy and the icing was perfect. Super yummy!“
“Lux Central has delicious salads, great tasting mac and cheese, and plenty of pastry options. The staff was super chill, too.I was visiting from out of town and Lux Central is definitely a spot I would frequent if I was local. Vibes are awesome there!“
“I went here today for the first time and I absolutely love it here! The storefront is so cute and has so many amazing little products they sell. The baked goods and drinks all look amazing. The staff is so sweet and make you feel so comfortable. I will absolutely be returning. It is the perfect spot for a morning meet or even a quick grab and go treat.“
“Excellent vegan spot! My brother and I were deciding on an all-vegan place to try (we are visiting from Metro Detroit), and we picked The Coronado. I’m glad we did! Food, drinks, and service were all fantastic. I liked the elevated but not over the top Mexican inspired food, and it was definitely different than other Mexican places. It isn’t just tacos, etc. the drinks were delicious and paired nicely. Highly recommend the flautas and chimichanga, I can’t decide which was better tbh. We also had the peanut butter chocolate cake and wow, it was so good! I don’t even like banana but it’s worth trying. It’s a very cute restaurant and it’s in an unsuspecting part of town. They also have brunch which looks super good. I am definitely coming back here when I have a chance. I would even take non-vegans here, I feel like there is something for everyone.Vegetarian options: The entire menu is vegan and vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: 100% veganParking: Small lot adjacent to building, plus more in the lot across the street.“
“Excellent coffee, teas, and vegan munchies. Fun and imaginative drinks for any mood. Highly recommend trying any of their coffees or teas with their various flavored foams. The iced blueberry tea with blueberry foam is light, refreshing, and out of this world. Steep is also a warm and inviting place to come hang out and work. I am usually disappointed with vegan food offerings in coffee shops, but their breakfast sandy is delicious! The slaw in the sandy takes it over the top.“
