APPARENTLY ICED COFFEE ARE MADE DIFFERENT DAILY DEPENDING ON WHO'S MAKING THEM, ALTHOUGH IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SAME INGREDIENT. ANYWAYS MANAGER "BECKY" DOESN'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, INSTEAD SHE BLAMES "CUSTOMER" FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND IS SARCASTIC SLICK RUDE.
How hard is it to put the sauce in the bag. I had an online order and ordered ahead and there was still no sauce. And it wasn't even busy because I went and picked up my own order. The incompetence is unreal and they think they should get $20 an hour?♀️
