Everytime I come here the customer service gets worse and worse, everyone takes it out on the customers that it is slightly busy, everyone is short and snappy with customers here, it's so unprofessional
I made an app order for pickup in the drive thru. All that went off without a hitch. I gotta say, the rolls, or buns, on the quarter pounder and the Big Mac? Dry as hell. Not as I remember from years ago. Just dry and nasty.

The tables are rarely clean when we go here. They also don't seem to deliver to your table even if you select a table marker at the self-serve kiosk (they just call your number instead and stand there for you to come get it). This is probably why I have been eating at McDonald's less and less over the years and taking my business to the multitude of better run and/or better value fast food chains.
