Today I visited the Starbucks at 32nd ST & Shea, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Ryan, the barista who assisted me, deserves special recognition for his exceptional service. I requested a passion fruit tea, and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure it was made to perfection.The cleanliness of the store was also noteworthy. I was disappointed in their offer of a certain sandwich and americano and received 100 rewards. They were out at 3 locations and offered no alternative for the rewards. Poor relationship.

I saw the drive-thru line and chose to walk in. That morning, when you ordered a grande coffee, you would receive a free hot chocolate. But when I ordered on the app. It charged me for the hot chocolate. Very confused, but nice to hand a friend the hot chocolate.
