I order religiously, and some of the workers here are great, but recently my experiences here have been less than exciting. My drink is almost always messed up. I’d understand it being busy and rushing, but even when there’s not a soul in there, I’ll pick up my order and something so easy like putting whip cream when it says NO whip, will be wrong. The girls that work at this location are always so rude & snippy. Their attitudes make it so uncomfortable to go in to sit and read or work. It feels like a very hostile environment every time I walk in… I understand people have bad days, but it’s every single time.
