I wish I was a regular there. They have great customer service once you get up to the counter, but their speed on getting drinks out to the customer needs to be greatly improved. It used to be the fastest Starbucks in Phoenix. Now, it is the slowest. Their speed in drive thru is horrible. I have to wait on them just to give them my order.
I’m a regular and always order the same thing. Tonight I decided to try something new so I went online and found something. The cashier was really friendly with helping me get my drink. Very clean store and satisfied with my order! Great job ladies :)

Rebecca the worker was so rude! I had a mobile order that I was waiting for and I didn’t see it cause it was in the r’s and my name starts with an e. Rebecca snatched the drink out of my hand then called everyone’s food but mine. I watched her give sass and talk to many other customers rude while I was waiting for my order. Very unpleasant person overall.
