I now drive four miles out of my way to the Starbucks in the other end of ahwatukee to get my morning fix! The short haired 50-something year old bobbed blond, and the adolescent staff at this location need a course on strabucks 101.. how to make drinks right!!! Stop guessing and not measuring ... please!!!The staff also need a serious course in customer service and common courtesy and etiquette. I don't understand what happened to the Starbucks, on 24th street & Chandler Blvd. #628, it used to be one of the best ones that I always went to. Now every weekend I come by to get my coffee & food and there all out of everything. They don’t have the mixing to make any drinks, they don't have the breakfast sandwich that I want to order or any other breakfast sandwiches at that moment.
