While previous visits had issues, today was exactly what one would expect. Busy when I got there, but friendly staff. They proactively offered status on my order, nice touch.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwich on the menu.
It seems like the whole store is in training. As a result, service was slow, one worker almost put a tomato on my sandwich that hit the bar, and the cashier forgot my change until after the drawer was closed. Must be a management issue, because it's not normal to have all new people working at once.

I'm writing this review because I was very impressed the way Gina handled her customers service skills . She not only was the only one working but was literally slammed and had fussy customers . She deserved a metal , a raise or a badge of honor or maybe a gift card . Seriously job well Gina!! For keeping it classy.
