If you use Grubhub don't expect to get anything from here. In the past month 4 orders all charged to debit, all cancelled 10 minutes later. 2-3 days before money was back in account. Called Grubhub everytime they say it is a problem with this Subway. Why they are not offline is amazing.

Kid behind the counter was high as a kite and when I questioned if he was OK, the old lady got offended. Calling the health department.
I'm writing this review because I was very impressed the way Gina handled her customers service skills . She not only was the only one working but was literally slammed and had fussy customers . She deserved a metal , a raise or a badge of honor or maybe a gift card . Seriously job well Gina!! For keeping it classy.

Look, im not the type to place bad reviews but I advise you read this. The service isn’t horrible but it’s not pleasant. Almost seems like they’re impatient and don’t want to deal with you. My mom isn’t the best with english so whenever she gets subway I send her a text message and she lets the person over the counter read it. I know thats not their job but they mess up every single time. It’s really not rocket science? They gave me the wrong bread and didn’t even toast it, gave the wrong condiments and much more ?♀️ from the looks of it everyone is over 16 and under 55 so I’m honestly just confused if they don’t know how to read or they’re just not wanting to do their job? Lousy employees but clean service, like I said its not the worst. The food is okay, really depends on when you go. Today it wasn’t that fresh but at times it could be really fresh and tasty. Their cookies are amazing I do recommend those but stay away from the tomato, egg, and veggie patties those are never switched out ?. Therefor I give it a 2, I live close by and go here at least 2-3 times a month. Always the same people never a smile on their face, besides that one dude with blonde hair he’s amazing but everyone else seems like they hate their life. I also seem to get judged for what I order. Once I saw them laugh look at each other and say “omg” because it was a lot to wrap. After that I just stayed in the car while my mom ordered. Food is a 6/10, service is a 4/10, knowledge is a 2/10 like cmon its subway its not fing rocket science, cleanliness is an 8 surprisingly its pretty clean. Overall like I said its not bad but its not good.

I always go into Subway at 5555 North 7th Street Phoenix Arizona makes my favorite song when she does not show up to work because they fired the best worker there I can't f****** believe it it just really upsets me and chops my chops that I can't sit there and talk to the person that really respects me and makes my sandwich with love and make my sandwich was such love and I had to say it twice just to be known that it really oh so delicious but I just can't get it and get over it it just chops my bridges that anybody would ever think to release a woman that you know did such good work there and everybody else would just let her do it like what are you supposed to be doing there just making money for nothing they let the best work at all like I'm not even ever going to go back Abby I'm sorry but I can see the manager in the back smoking meth and a freaking car and you get to stay and get fired by that woman smoking in her car like that I just can't believe it with her subway shirt onl

It seems like the whole store is in training. As a result, service was slow, one worker almost put a tomato on my sandwich that hit the bar, and the cashier forgot my change until after the drawer was closed. Must be a management issue, because it's not normal to have all new people working at once.
