This is a great subway, it's very close to where I live and I often order ahead with the app which saves so much time. I'm able to wait at home for my food to be ready and then pick it up. It's as simple as; walk in, confirm name on order, pick up, leave. There have been a couple times that the sub crafters have had a bad attitude or were short with responses but I'm never there long enough for it to have any negative effects on my experience although I definitely notice.
