Poor service and very unfriendly and rude staff who seem very annoyed that you came into the store. Good ice cream would make up for that, but their ice cream tastes cheap and watery - sort of like the cheap ice cream you get at the grocery store that lacks the proper milk fat content. On top of that, the scoops are tiny for the price. Save your money and avoid this "ice cream" shop.

Love the ice cream here! (Bring back Bacon ice cream!)

This was a great stop on our trip. The toasted marshmallow on the top of the s'mores sundae was perfect! We'd definitely go back.

If you ask my friends, they all will agree I'm not a dessert guy. My own mother has disowned me and said I was switched at birth because I don't care about sweet things like she does. But hot durn, Sweet Republic tries to change my outlook on sweets every time I go there. Their basil sorbet (it comes in pints in the freezer, you gotta ask for it) is one of those incredible desserts that defies normalcy. Tart, sour, sweet, wonderful. They know what they are doing with their sorbet.

What a great way to end dinner on a sweet note! This local ice cream shop has a variety of unique flavors with your standard ice cream options. Service was friendly the moment I walked in and were so nice to give samples as I couldn't decide what I wanted to get a scoop of. They had banana pudding during my visit so I had to get it and it was a good balance of sweet and creamy. Will come back to try other flavors next time I visit!

I rarely give 5 stars and I really wanted to but I'll have to wait for a follow-up experience to assure it is a consistent experience. That being said, I tasted a number of their samples and loved every single flavor. They had some really great twist to the common favorites and also some unique flavors. A flavor for pretty much anyone's pallet. I hate to admit it took me far too long to experience this place but I am glad I finally did. Oh and their in-house made toasted marshmallow and waffle cones leave you wanting more. Now, putting all the tastes aside the customer service was awesome. The staff behind the line were attentive. If I had to complain about anything at all is that this place is about 15 miles from my home. I need one closer.
Butter pecan was good, it had that classic flavor with a touch of saltiness. The milk and cookies was bomb! My daughter had the mint which was really good and something else but can't remember what it was. We also got a homemade toasted marshmallow on the side which I highly recommend doing!I tried a couple sorbets/Gelato and was impressed with the flavors but was in more of an ice cream mood.We did take a bag of homemade marshmallows home which I'm glad we did!I would recommend if your already going to get 2 scoops spend the extra buck and get that 3rd scoop, you won't regret it!Overall, the service was great and the ice cream that we ordered was the same.I highly recommend a visit

Sweet Republic has some of the best quality ice cream. To night it was cream Brule and butter pecan in a cup. Yah I like it in a cup so what.Loved both flavors. Glad i trird something besides mint chocolate chip.

Was not expecting it to be that busy on a Tuesday night in January, bit I see why it was. The Mayan Chocolate ice cream is banging.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions are clearly labeled for each product.
Amazing hand crafted ice cream with a variety of flavors - including 'special' flavors they run throughout the year. I've now had dill pickle ice cream and bacon ice cream. They also make their own cones and marshmallows. The staff is always friendly and there's plenty of parking. Love it.
