I am a regular at this location. Normally, I have a great experience for what it is, but today was not it. I placed a mobile order as usual and headed to the restaurant to pick up my meal. When I arrived and gave the young man on the speaker my name. He asked what time I placed my order (which was about 10-15 minutes before my arrival) and asked me to come to the window.
