such a cute spot!! met a friend here for dinner and had the best server, hailey, who suggested the halibut and it was incredible!!! such a cool atmosphere, service was awesome, will definitely come back to try more food.

My child works there and brought food for us to eat on occasion. Everything is wo derful and so tasty. She's finally enjoying food she is sampling. I'm impressed.
It’s a good restaurant, not a great one. Menu has a lot of variety, but no apparent unifying theme. Service can be hit & miss.

One my favorite new restaurants! Great service and even better food. We started with dip duo which consisted of the best guacamole I've had in years and homemade pimento cheese. I got the blackened ahi tuna that was reminiscent of tuna I've had in Hawaii -- the flavor and quality of the tuna was superb. I was pleasantly surprised at the tasty side salad included with the entree that had large chunks of fresh avocado. My guest got the steak frites that had a tasty and tender hanger steak with incredibly delicious "thin fries".

Good food but terrible service. Got there at 5:30 on a Tuesday, restaurant wasn't busy. Weird interactions from the start with a hostess laughing in our faces and excusing herself. After getting seated our server's shift was over? It took them another 15 min to come back to us to ask again for our drink order and appetizers. Another 40 min for the food. Not a single time did the new server popped up to check on us or bring refills, had to ask when the food got brought out and even then it took them until we were almost done eating to bring the refills. We had to get up to get our own check because who knows how long it would've taken them to bring that out too. We were simply forgotten the entire time we were there.

Used to be a favorite but when we went last night it was just one problem after another. We went to celebrate a birthday and called ahead of time to see if we could bring a cake. They told us we could as long as we brought our own plates and utensils. We get there and one guy comes and gets our drink orders and when we finally get them the person that ordered a bottle of wine only got a glass. Simple misunderstanding and our actual waiter brought the bottle out so all was well with that BUT in that time another guy came out to tell us we couldn’t have the cake even tho we called. He said since we called we could have it but he didn’t want it on the table and tried to take it to his fridge so we asked if we could just put it on the booth while we ate. Then someone else had to wait for 30 minutes after ordering another drink even after asking about it multiple times. He clearly forgot to ring it in. Also they brought out a completely different meal than what one of us ordered. It was just a compilation of things that made it a frustrating experience especially with how expensive it is.

Food was great but service seemed to be challenging. Our first waitress disappeared without a word after taking our appetizer and drink orders. Another very sweet waitress came over and she was very nice but it seemed she was being pulled in many directions. Another young lady came over and we asked for a refill on tea and sweetener but only the tea came. It was really just very off. My son highly recommended it and never experienced bad service but he tends to go earlier. We had a 5:45 reservation.

We had a great experience for lunch on Saturday. They delivered a beautiful complimentary appetizer to us. A lovely surprise! Our server Adam was very attentive. The food was great. I loved The Collin's.
