This is the third time we've visited Colt Grill in Prescott(2023). The first two times were amazing. We couldn't wait to get back. This time was a little different. The wife and I both had Baby Back ribs for lunch. They were good, but nothing special. Just average. They don't have a combo pare of ribs and brisket. Best brisket and smoked chicken! Prescott location has great service. The manager, Roman, was very personable and made every customer feel welcome and appreciated. Will definitely return and recommend.

We stopped in to put in a carryout order. The vibe inside was great, the smells were AMAZING, and the service was friendly and fast.
