What a surprise! Used to see these up and down the west coast but never stopped in - wasn't really a fan of bagels. We had a staff retreat and picked up a batch of these bad boys and was immediately hooked - no idea bagels could be this good! Eat here pretty regularly now - simple and delicious!

Customer service was awesome and she was very helpful and accommodating. The bagels are great but the topping on the Avocado toast bagel was hard and had large discolored pieces. I did inform the worker at the counter and she was very helpful and replaced my bagel and apologized. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but thank you for being so helpful and understanding with my little complaint.

The service was great. The atmosphere of the drive through was better than most clean drive nice shuns etc. building kept up. The food was so so. I was disappointed that they didn't have the bagel type I wanted so ordered the basic and they were rather dry. The egg ham and cheese were good but no added sauce and non offered.
