I like the speedy service & their bagels are wonderful no matter what you get. I've had breakfast bagels and the avocado lunch bagel. Both are great. And large I might add!
The staff of this Einstein Bagels is next to none. They work like a symphony..... The food was delicious, and when they make a mistake on an order- they handle it like a pro. Excellent customer service bar none. The ladies in the prep line have eyes and ears at the back of their head or something because the orders came quick. Einstein bagels and sandwiches is as good as I remember it. Got the Texas brisket, and my hunny got the Nova lox. The filling to bagel ratio was on point. Thanks, folks! That was an awesome visit...

We come here because it is the only bagel shop in town. For most visits service is terrible. On several occasions I have greeted staff with a good morning only to be ignored. If no other customer is in store staff is frequently on phone and it takes several minutes for an acknowledgement. Often times while taking order staff doesn't even look customer in eyes.I would recommend new management at this store and decent training for staff. Maybe something along the lines of In n Out burgers. Staff is always friendly and helpful there, unlike at your establishment.

What a surprise! Used to see these up and down the west coast but never stopped in - wasn't really a fan of bagels. We had a staff retreat and picked up a batch of these bad boys and was immediately hooked - no idea bagels could be this good! Eat here pretty regularly now - simple and delicious!

Opening hours for drive-thru: until 4 pm. Arrived at 3:40 pm and no one would assist me. Also knocked on the door - they ignored me (altho I could see ppl were inside cleaning up). Then I rang their phone # and no one answered. Amazing business practices.

I was excited to get breakfast here this morning but it was HORRIBLE. I waited almost 20 min for avocado toast which was cold and soggy when I finally got it, they forgot my hash brown so I had to wait again for that….it was also a disappointment as it was only half cooked. Then to top it off after leaving and getting half way to work I had to go back to get my side of bacon they forgot and it was cold. What a waste of time and money!!!! I would suggest getting a crew that takes pride in their work. I will not be going back and will suggest the same to anyone I know!!!!!

Absolutly the worst customer service that I've ever had there wasn't a single customer in the building. And yet the girl at the drive throng was to busy to wait for us to take our order. So it got even worstwhen we parked and went I'n side. I don't know what happened to customer service bit this place obviously dose not care about it or it customers.
