Always friendly, always making great connections, not to mention great drinks. I come in very infrequently, sometimes months apart as I live in the Verde Valley and it's like seeing family. “The barista today ( didnt catch her name ) was AWESOME!!! NOT ONLY DID she make the drinks to exact liking but she also put the remainders of what was left in blender into a small Togo cup I always wondered why they just toss the extra away !! Anyway she deserves a raise she was great!!“
“Since the renovation and restaffing this Starbucks is better than it was. So far the coffee is consistent with other Starbucks. My only complaint is that I asked for a kids hot apple cider (steamed apple juice for my innocent child) and no other Starbucks has a problem with that, it was a diff baristas suggestion, but this person looked at me like I kicked her cat! NO-FI-STAHS-FO-U! ONLY FO!“
“They could not have placed this Starbucks in a better place perfect location next to downtown Prescott, not to mention there's all kinds of places to eat or shop. Traffic is never completely packed and on the perfect day you can enjoy whatever you like out in the nice weather 5 stars perfect place“
“Tiffany was a star! As I was ordering with another team mate she heard me say "matcha" she checked in with the teammate and started making my drinks immediately. I overheard her let someone know their drink came with whip, was that okay. It wasn't and she handled it. If we were in California I'd try to poach her. Great attitude, great service! Drinks were delicious!“
