“Sometimes the best experience happens after something goes wrong - our drink order got lost in the shuffle of a super busy Sunday afternoon coupled with a shift-change. The new staff were really gracious and one came outside to visit with me, apologize & let me know they were short 2 staff members and thank for me for handling the problem graciously. Apparently they are used to disappointed customers blowing up. Since I am used to going to Starbucks that have a more regular customer base - and this one is right of I-17 so they don't get as many regulars - I ended up feeling grateful for kindness and folks doing the best they can.“
“I actually went to the one off highway 69 in Prescott Valley . The guy corrected my order no questions asked. He suggest we might not have heard each other correctly. Very true, I received my hearing aids the next day. I am grateful the young man did not make it into a big deal.“
