“I have been visiting this particular Kneader’s location in Queen Creek for a few years now, and it was the first time that I actually had the pleasure to meet the District Manager. While I enjoy the food and atmosphere that is reminiscent of a cozy, warm and welcoming cafe, this review is particularly for Kneader’s District Manager and I can only hope she or the company’s headquarters will read this note, because I was very taken by her authentic, genuine and warm hospitality, paired with her welcoming treatment towards guests.Typically, as a guest / customer, we don’t get to see or interact with upper management. However, it was at the QC location where I got to meet Deanna (please pardon if I misspelled your District Manager’s name), East Valley’s District Manager, I believe?!It was a VERY busy late morning, with the bakery hustling and bustling.Despite the long queue with in-bakery dining and customers from all ages avidly awaiting to place their order for the bakery’s famous French Toast and, despite a few very impatient, grumpy customers, one in particular that caught my attention and unfortunately not in a positive manner, Deanna exceeded any and all hospitality standards, with the sole aim to satisfy the seemingly impossible to please and uncooperative customer, a woman / lady who unfortunately felt she should have priority over all other customers in line.On the latter note, in a world of “Kens & Karens”, be a Deanna! ?Cheers to that!?I stem from years of fine dining restaurant and luxury hotel management myself and am very observant, though do not typically have the urge to leave reviews. In this particular instance however, it is my absolute desire, delight and pleasure to send a big shoutout to your District Manager who managed to single handedly impress me, as she went above and beyond and thus, exceeded her hospitality and people management skills while finally pleasing the guest / customer ahead of me who was truly being impossible, all the while being deeply condescending to the team members and even to Deanna herself.Kudos to Deanna for maintaining a professional, warm and welcoming, friendly attitude and front while also pleasing all other guests as well as customers.I only had the pleasure to have spoken with Miss Deanna shortly, as I did not wish to occupy much of her time, amid a very busy breakfast / brunch shift at the bakery, with schools having been closed and thus, with also a larger, younger customer demographic present that kept the entire team very busy with continuous orders.Thank you, Deanna for having taken the time to converse with me, to have introduced yourself to me after my curiosity led me to strike a conversation with you.Above all, thank you for your authentic, genuine, warm and truly welcoming hospitality.Kneader’s is lucky to have a District Leader / Manager like Deanna and I can only hope that your company’s leadership team will read this and appreciate this pivotal member of your operations, who is naturally blessed to know how to cater towards various personalities in this utmost volatile industry, named hospitality.Anybody who has worked even one day in this demanding field, knows well and understands the importance of a solid leader that knows the perfect balance between assertiveness, humility, kindness and professionalism and how to guide her team accordingly.Deanna is the very epitome of all of the aforementioned values and character traits, the very representation of proper, professional, subtle etiquette and I am delighted to have had the opportunity to meet and to speak with her at this Kneader’s location in Queen Creek.Thank you, Deanna, for also having extended your kindness and warm hospitality towards me and for a wonderful dining experience.Cheers!“
“i don't really go to panera often and pretty much walked in completely blind. The cashier allen was incredibly friendly and walked me through their entire menu despite a long line forming. In the end they suggested me the Chipotle Chicken Avocado. It def became a new favorite! Because of her recommendation, I would come back again soon to take another bite“
“Family and I decided to go here for breakfast while kids on spring break. Second time here, first time was good as well.I ordered the Barbacoa Chilaquiles breakfast bowl. This was an awesome dish! So much flavor and filling. Would get it again for sure.Only complaint like most other places is coffee is getting outta control at $3.99. Will be water next time sadly.“
“Great place to eat, but there were 7 guests from out of town, plus all the snow birds are still here, we were told 40 min, wait, but after an hr. We checked and they couldn't give us answer , they came out and put tables together and seated us there, but they brought us snacks, l would not recommend going there on Sunday.“
“"Dulce Churro Cafe provided a delightful dessert experience! Karla's exceptional customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. The churro desserts were absolutely delicious, making this spot a must-visit for anyone craving a sweet treat in Gilbert. Highly recommended!"“
“We loved our experience here. As visitors from the UK 'different' food is always a concern especially as a number of our party have special food requirements. Those who needed to disassembled the menu and rebuilt it to their requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for First Watch and the personable staff helped us all along the way.And me? Oh I had the Scottish Salmon frittata and it was so good I could have eaten two ... if I had anywhere to put it ?“
“I had brunch with my friends this morning and we had Berkeley as our waitress. We absolutely love her! She is very quick, professional and so above and beyond! Definitely will be back for her and your amazing mimosas! Will always ask for her as our waitress.“
“Every time I go here, I remind myself I need to go more often. I love this place! The atmosphere has a home-y, rustic, French patisserie or boulangerie feel. When you walk in you are immediately greeted by the pastry display offering so many delicious options. I love that I can get a tiny little dessert for days when I don't feel like splurging calories, but when I do, I have options for that as well. You order your food at the register, anything from pasta to salads and soups to crepes. They bring your food to you and they clean up after you, so leaving a tip is a good idea. The staff is dressed for the part of French restaurant staff and they even use some French terms when addressing you, like bon appetit. It's just so charming! The food has always been top notch when I've gone as well. This particular time I had the ham and swiss crepes, a small lemon tart, and we also tried the corn chowder and a lemon madeleine. Everything had amazing flavor and texture. It was nice to sit and enjoy the fireplace, and just relax like I would if I were on vacation in France. Definitely recommend!“
“Had brunch with friends at this location on Sunday and woo was this place busy. We arrived at 11:45am and there was a wait. We were told about 30 minutes or so which we didn't think was bad as we thought it was going to be longer. My name was called out when our table was ready and we were seated. The server came over right away and he introduced himself very kindly and took our drink orders. Once he brought the drinks out, he took our food orders. We ordered: 1 Grandpa skillet 1 Veggie Skillet 1 Kids meal - eggs, bacon 1 Barn Buster 1 Chicken Fried Steak 1 Short stack of regular pancakes The food didn't take too long and we dug in. I had the Grandpa skillet and it wasn't what I expected. It had no flavor and was very bland. I basically used the whole bottle of Tabasco and salt to give it some flavor. My friend said the veggie skillet was also the same way and she found that it had no flavor. The chicken entrée was the best out of the group and the chicken tasted amazing. If I were to go again, I would order this. We originally decided on having brunch here because of the big ol pancake we have seen all over social media. When ordering it, the server let us know that it was huge and it was more for a group of 10 or more people. Good thing we listened to him and went with the short stack because we ended up sharing it and we still had a few slices left over. We found it to be a little too dry for our liking even after putting butter and syrup on top. It was nothing special. The restaurant was clean and the service was great. Our server did a great job on checking up on us and was very nice.“
“I can’t say enough about this place. They were super slammed for Father’s Day but we were seated and served promptly! Olive , the manager was an absolute gem! Sonya made our mimosas and they were absolutely delicious. This is our new go to place, especially with out of town guests!!“
“I’ve been to many Panera’s and this one was one of the nicest. It was very clean with an inviting seating area. Hubby and I both had a bowl of nice hot soup. He had the creamy wild rice chicken soup that he liked very much. I had the broccoli cheddar! Can you ever go wrong with Panera broccoli cheddar? They were both served with a big delicious portion of a baguette.“
“Very flavorful food and responsible staff. The staff handing out food were considerate as well. The bathrooms are mostly clean and it’s always a big cozy place to frequent with friends or to study at.Parking: Very convenient after shopping.“
“I always find starbucks an enjoyable experience although I only ever by the same thing everytime. Staff per usual was excellent. Kid working behind the counter alone was handling the load of orders quite well and although he looked worn out his attitude was still on point. My drink was perfect“
“If you haven’t checked this place out, you need to give it a try. The egg salad sandwich is excellent. The deserts are very good. I wished they were Coke but they do offer bottles of Coke. The teens that work here are learning life skills so please support them.“
