Where to begin. Was told the wait for a table would be 30 min we ended up waiting for over an hour for a table (it was my sons birthday) and this is where he wanted to have his birthday dinner. Huge mistake. We were a party of 8, $15 for a small Vegas roll. Our food came out at all different times leaving half our party eating and the others waiting 20 plus minutes for their food. I have been regularly coming to Sushi Creek since it open almost 14 years ago, but since Marcus left and the new owners have taken over. this place service wise has gone drastically down hill. The good servers like Jared and Christi are gone and have been replaced by people who take forever to take your order, that includes a drink order when you first sit down. Been coming here years. The worst service today. One toilet for the restaurant and no server followed up on food or asked us for refills. Spoke to your manager who is a brunette and she literally laughed. New Ownership needs to be active in your business if you want it to succeed. The bill was not even correct and both guest on both sides of us were complaining.
