The service you get here is about what you would expect from a fast food place. It wasn't very welcoming. However, it isn't like they didn't want to take my order. It is a busy restaurant and I get it. Food was not the best this time around. You can tell the fries had been sitting in the warmer for a while. For Drive Thru, being as busy as it always is, the service was pretty quick. Can't really expect much, but they've improved with the way they handle things at their busiest...read full review
I gave it 3 stars because it was very crowded and noisy. The place is very dirty, tables had food residue from being used and not being wiped down. The restrooms had dirty toilet paper from the trash can piled up on the walls. I understand they get lots of people since its the only location in San Luis, AZ but the staff needs to dedicate more time to having a cleaner place to eat and more tidy restrooms.Kid-friendliness: Play area is open.
