“The service you get here is about what you would expect from a fast food place. It wasn't very welcoming. However, it isn't like they didn't want to take my order. It is a busy restaurant and I get it. Food was not the best this time around. You can tell the fries had been sitting in the warmer for a while. For Drive Thru, being as busy as it always is, the service was pretty quick. Can't really expect much, but they've improved with the way they handle things at their busiest and it shows.“
“Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences at this Starbucks. There have been occasions when I asked for my drinks to be made in a particular way in Yuma, and they don't get them right. I've stopped at this Starbucks, have told them what I originally wanted, and they remake the drinks for me just like I asked. Their employees have always been polite, their atmosphere is peaceful, and they even have a board on their counter where they write positive messages to customers. The last one I remember reading was about the importance of kindness. I'm very proud of our local Starbucks, and the young people who work in it. I definitely recommend them.“

“Their espresso is rich and toasty, their baked goods are AMAZING & their croissant sandwich is perfectly soft, crunchy & scrumptious! The service is quick & the baristas are friendly and courteous. It's definitely my go to café when I want a delicious, well made coffee & a freshly made treat to compliment. Definitely a must try!“
