Very nice and helpful staff.Parking: Lots of space and can accommodate smaller rvs. Or use the nearby big lot, if you have a larger rig.Kid-friendliness: Yes. Many kids there on the day I visited.

Went through the drive thru last night. The line was long, and I waited along my mother and brother for over 5 minutes, and no one asked for my order through the screen. Called out for someone politely several times, and nobody responded. We proceeded toward the drive thru's window. Batista there asked why we didn't order, and I proceeded to explain that nobody ordered . She stated I had to wait until someone responded and that they couldn't control their headsets. Even after explaining, she proceeded to take my order. Once my order was ready, another barista gave me my order (shaken iced oleatto grande) and said "next time I need to wait until someone takes my order before pulling up to the window, otherwise, they will not take any orders". In a very demeaning and rude way. Coffee was great. Service needs to be nicer and not condescending to its patrons.

Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences at this Starbucks. There have been occasions when I asked for my drinks to be made in a particular way in Yuma, and they don't get them right. I've stopped at this Starbucks, have told them what I originally wanted, and they remake the drinks for me just like I asked. Their employees have always been polite, their atmosphere is peaceful, and they even have a board on their counter where they write positive messages to customers. The last one I remember reading was about the importance of kindness. I'm very proud of our local Starbucks, and the young people who work in it. I definitely recommend them.

This is truly the WORST STARBUCKS IN THE WORLD!!! Believe me!!! I have no idea what they do at this specific location but the taste of their coffee is NASTY! I have ordered 3 times a pike place. It’s always cold, it tastes burned. I think they freeze old coffee, VERY OLD COFFEE and then they warm it up at the microwave. This is horrible. There are bad Starbucks locations and then way down this one in San Luis, Arizona

Good morning, today I ordered three different coffees and to be completely honest it was the worst tasting Starbucks Ive ever had. It had ABSOLUTELY NO coffee taste after I had clearly paid for extra shots of espresso in all three coffees! You guys just want to charge extra for anything but of course be lazy and clearly not add the coffee WE paid for! If I would have wanted hot milk I would have just asked for that. I will be showing a picture of the hot milk you guys gave me after paying extra on everything.

Very frustrated with this Starbucks, I've gone there maybe three times, and they always seem to ruin my order. This last time, I got a standard drink. Everywhere you go, they will always make it right. First off, the store was closed, only drive-thru. As soon as I got my order, I saw the color and I knew it was going to be wrong, it was too sweet. I told them at the drive-thru that it was wrong, I actually told them how many pumps of vanilla it uses, but she didn't understand what I was talking about, I don't know if it was the language barrier because they mostly speak in Spanish. I even told her to just do one less pump than what they used, to be on the safe side. They said they were going to remake it, and literally 30 seconds later, as soon as we got out of the drive-thru and parked in front, they already had the drink ready in front waiting at the door. The milk was clumpy, and the color was still off, I even tried it again, and it was super sweet. I don't even think they remade it; they probably added more milk. I had to wait there and knock several times since it was locked, and still told them that it was wrong. You could tell that they were annoyed with me, I could see it in their faces, but I did not waste $7 for a drink just to throw it away. My patience was done at this point, so I just told them to give me another drink that only used two ingredients. Will never go again.

The only thing that I go to Starbucks San Luis it’s only to use their parking lot, because my last visit my coffee was incredible tasteless and NASTY, milk was expired and horrible customer service they only speak Spanish , there is a BIG difference between Yuma’a Starbucks and San Luis one. If you really like Starbucks coffee please don’t waste your time and gas, GO TO YUMA LOCATION THANK YOU
