Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences at this Starbucks. There have been occasions when I asked for my drinks to be made in a particular way in Yuma, and they don't get them right. I've stopped at this Starbucks, have told them what I originally wanted, and they remake the drinks for me just like I asked. Their employees have always been polite, their atmosphere is peaceful, and they even have a board on their counter where they write positive messages to customers....read full review
