Restaurant opens at 8 am. Was still closed at 8:20 am. First order of the day for the one cent croissants and they were out of croissants before I even got there and no one had ordered yet. Being out of a promo item on the first day of a promo is just unacceptable. And the lady at the counter Took no effort to do anything to correct the situation whatsoever. Poor management and poor customer service. Very bad restaurant do not go.

So as you can see with my ticket am supposed to have two bacon cheeseburgers no pickles and it says add Mayo, and a large fries. I received no bacon I told the guy no lettuce tomato onions or anything just mayo, but I got ketchup mustard mayo. And the things the size of a biscuit for four dollars each. Not even close to what I ordered when I was very clear and very simple order. The quality of food service and the sizes for what's being charged is absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a chicken combo I was craving. After not having Burger King for at least 7 years. The food was not the best, the atmosphere was quiet and clean. I had a pleasant conversation with some ladies sitting at the table next to mine. My interaction with the staff (Alejandro) was very pleasant. Overall a decent place to get a quick bite at a convenient location with plenty of parking spaces.

This was the worst experience ever. The two young kids that were working there and one older man thought it was funny to put my ice cold french fries back in the holding fry dish. I brought my french fries up and asked if I could get fresh fries because mine were super cold and they just put them right back in the holding tray, when I brought it to their attention that I seen what they were doing, they just laughed. When I mentioned the health department, they both just shrug their shoulders. And the older gentleman said he was sorry. Really how disgusting. How many people have brought their fries up there and they put them back in the holding tray and one of us got somebody else's old fries that they touched. Seriously the health department needs to know. The restaurant itself was pretty clean other than some stuff on most tables. I will never return management. I am sure knows as I believe the older gentleman was probably some kind of management.

Today I was tasked with picking up lunch for a crew that was working near this location. They requested Burger King and a sports drink for the electrolytes, it was a blazing 116 degree AZ summer day. I mapped this place only to arrive and finding it inside of Walmart. I honestly thought great this is going to take forever.The young man who helped me understood the assignment, I needed 8 whopper combo meals and nuggets to go, each combo with nuggets in its own bag with napkins and condiments , making it easy for the crew to grab their own bag and find some shade to eat. While I filled up the to go cups with Powerade .. he and one crew member cooked all the food and bagged it all up exactly like I asked. It totally made my morning.. the crew was happy, I was on time to the jobsite and everything arrived hot (except the Powerade was ice cold!!) . Thank you for making it easy and the fantastic customer service.

Classic American fast food #6 spicy crispy chicken meal to celebrate my 22 years living in the U. S. A ! I don't usually eat that much fast food, but what the heck eating this kind of comfort food once a year and make you feel good. Very nice service and overall it was good. Thank you.

I came by today to pick up an order and I’m not really one for leaving reviews but Jose at Northsight Blvd locations busts his a$$! There was a little bit of a line, obviously busy and steady pace of customers are still coming & going- honestly thought at first he was the only one and he did have a cook in the back, but being just two people- wow. He was very well kept- very organized and efficient. Was obviously not his first rodeo. It’s hot as hell in AZ, he was running around and still was not sweating it!!! Hope y’all are paying him good to stay!!!
I don't get to go to Burger King that often because the only location near me is located inside the Walmart, not easily accessible. There's no drive-thru, but when I do go they always take good care of me and make sure my food is cooked to perfection. Sometimes I even get extra items at the end of the day just before closing. Thank you

Please become more staffed. This could be a great Burger King out they had almost the same hours as Walmart! And if they actually had staff to help work. They close earlier and earlier it seems like and whenever I want a burger it's either always a while wait or you're closed.

With most Bk now Filiberto's ( a not do good fast food Mexican Chapin) I as happy my wife found the one in Fh open. Has a whooped no bread that was tasty and good. Miss finding Bks all over town but this one is still open which is good.
