hidden away a bit between the Walmart parking lot and hwy 101 in north scottsdale, this restaurant is a hidden gem. very good food. i had the carnitas burrito - "home recipe" style. very quick delivery of food after order, hot and tasty.
This is my favorite place for carne asada fries. They load you up with all the toppings you could want, cheese, sour cream, quac, and pico. They have a salsa bar with limes too which I use every time.They also have those authentic Mexican sodas that are sweetened with sugar instead of corn syrup which I really like.If you want a quick bite to eat at a casual Mexican restaurant that's going to be better quality and more authentic than a place like Filberto's or Taco Bell, then...read full review

Ordered 3 beef rolled tacos (my apologies for eating one before I took photo). Greeted by friendly cashier and to-go order took was ready in a timely manner. The place wasn’t busy and overall it looked clean and orderly. The rolled tacos were cooked perfectly crispy (not overdone or not greasy), the portion size was right for me. The price for a large drink and 3 rolled tacos was a little higher than I’d normally pay. But no big deal.
