Came here on a whim. Tried the hibiscus nonalcohol drink. Unique flavor, but to be honest was a little bit disappointed by how much ice was in the glass; it was filled to the brim with ice, so it really wasn't quite the beverage it could have been, having watered down rapidly. The meatballs with sauce & cheese were okay but slightly flat in taste and kind of reminded me of meatloaf. Therefore, I resolved to order the meatloaf for comparison, and at this point was pleasantly surprised by an absolutely delicious meatloaf, with a bit of crust. The brussel sprouts were fantastic, the best I've ever had, with what seemed to be a sprinkle of brown sugar that added to the flavor. Mashed potatoes completed the plate. The gravy was not overly heavy. Visually, this entree does not appear as colorfully as it tasted! I'd return to try something else. Service from Bre was wonderful.

You can find a variety of different choices from the menu for brunch, lunch or business meals. Brussels sprouts and gnocchi suffered squash are all must try dishes. We loved the atmosphere here and we can feel their enthusiasm in the service, very much enjoyed the meals at Cook and Craft.
Cranberry Chicken Club was bland, but ok. Great service. Relaxed atmosphere, but very loud.

Unfortunately from nearly 6 months ago. They shrunk the meatballs. Sounds funny, but they are now skimpy . If I am paying six dollars a meatball it better be worth it. Here is a pic from another user and mine today. My husband was also very disappointed. Unless this is made as before we have no reason to return honestly. Thank

The reviewer commenting on sewage in the parking lot is misinformed and just plain ignorant. Grease traps back up- raw sewage is in a closed line & would have backed up into the restaurant…Anyway, great food, service, and prices!
What is normally a great place has devolved into a sewer laden parking lot and food poisoning restaurant.Twice in 6 weeks we have gone there for dinner only to have a sewer clean crew in the parking lot. The first time we sat inside and had a good meal until a 2am visit to the ER for food poisoning.The second time, on March 1 we ordered takeout fish and chips only see another sewer clean up crew and human feces throughout the parking lot as we were leaving.Needless to say we through that food away and immediately called the restaurant, though no one picked up the phone and still no return call.We will not be going back.Updated based on response.Yes, it was sewage. We had to go through the car wash after driving through the parking lot because of the stench.Still no answer from the number listed on the website. You're having phone problems for 4 days?

If you have a drive thru, then learn to manage it. I sat behind a car for 17 minutes while they waited for their order, then my food was cold because it sat on the counter for so long. If the order isn't ready, direct the car to pull forward so everyone else waiting can get their food while it's hot and fresh. It's hard to properly judge food when in the parking lot I grabbed a fry and it was cold and hard already. Very disappointed!

First time here, met some friends and sat outside. Patio is small and appeared to have only one server, so we had to wait awhile for drinks, food, refills etc. This surprised us it was off hours and not busy at all. Food was good, ambience is nice also. Would not want to come on peak hours or days when they are busy!
