We have know Caramba’s since they opened their first restaurant in the West Valley. But it has been 8+ years since we have been to a store.We are part of a Taco Tuesday group. Visiting Scotsdale and wanted authentic Mexican food. I ordered the combo platter with steak taco, chicken tostada, and cheese tamale— AMAZING FOOD! The portions are a lot and everything was fresh. Not many folks were in the building, so, we dined in and the place was clean and comfortable.
